Donna Flory Donna M. Talak Flory died Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Marie Loose and her husband Alex of Conneautville, PA; her father, Jack Talak; three siblings, Darlene Radzanowski, David and Dennis Talak; and two grandchildren, Chole A. and Dante S. Loose. She was preceded in death by her mother, R.M. Geraldine White Talak; and her brother, Daniel Talak. A memorial mass was held in Risen Lord Church on Wednesday.
