A Pittsburgh man exemplified the adage about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thomas Chieffalo Jr., 41, happened to be pulling out of the BP station on Route 65 just as police arrived in response to a hold-up alarm, which turned out to have been accidentally set off by an employee. Police, however, stopped Chieffalo’s vehicle, and discovered that he was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant. Chieffalo went to the Allegheny County Jail, and his vehicle was towed, following the March 23 incident.
