Oyster and Chi Chi (from left) were the winners of the Pampered Pooch Promenade’s contests for “most talented” and “best dressed” dogs, respectively. The event, sponsored by Enjoy Bellevue, capped off the four-day Summer Solstice Spectacular and raised funds for the Pennsylvania Great Dane Rescue.
