Several Avonworth senior high and middle school singers have been making their voices heard in chorus activities throughout the area.

From the senior high, Travis Kohler, a junior, and Andrea Weinzierl, a senior, recently participated in the Pennsylvania Music Educators' Association (PMEA) District 1 Chorus at Gateway High School. Travis also performed this week at the PMEA Regional Chorus held at Butler Arera High School.

Catherine Dismukes, Zach Murray, Nathan Pool, Ethan Simmons and Sam Werley, all freshmen, will travel to the PMEA District 1 Junior High Chorus festival April 9 and 10 at Burgettstown Middle/High School.
