Bellevue's Summer Solstice Spectacular 2010 will be held Thursday, June 24, through Sunday, June 27.
On Thursday, featured events include a treasure hunt - raffle, tea dance with Dance America from 2 to 4 p.m., a prayer walk in at 6 p.m. and Taize prayer service at 7 p.m.
Featured events on Friday include a treasure hunt - raffle, in-store specials and a friends and neighbors picnic in Bayne Park from 6 to 9 p.m.
Saturday's events include a flea market at McGovern Hall from 8 to 2 p.m., sidewalk sales at Bellevue businesses, a craft market, a Bellevue Fire Department open house, nature printing in Bayne Park, a car cruise from noon to 4 p.m. on Bayne Ave., a bike and scooter decorating contest for ages 3-12 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Bayne Park, a "jaws of live" demonstration, Dance America ballroom dancing and street dancers at 5:30 p.m. on North Sprague Avenue.
Featured events on Sunday include duck pin bowling, one game free, at the Knights of Columbus, noon to 4 p.m. and a "Pampered Pooch Promenade" on Lincoln Avenue. Registration for the Promenade is at 1 p.m. on the YMCA patio.
