The Ohio Township Volunteer Fire Company will hold its annual carnival at the Ohio Township Community Park (325 Nicholson Rd.,) on July 15 and 16.

The traditional fire truck parade will begin at the new OTVFC fire station at 7 p.m. and will end at the Park.

Other changes this year include new games like Stryker (a test of strength), Black & Gold wheel, Angry Birds and new basketball hoops. Traditional games of chance, Kiddie Land (with new slides) and hayrides will be available. There will be more food and better parking.
Two special attractions are featured on Saturday: Bob FM will sponsor the Summer Fire Hall Crawl from 7 until 9 p.m., when you can meet the Bob FM Deejays, play Bob FM games, win prizes and register to win tickets to a concert. The carnival will conclude on Saturday with a fireworks display at 10:30 p.m.

The annual carnival raffle prizes are: first prize, $2,500; second, $1,000; and third through fifth, $500. The drawing will be held at the end of carnival on Saturday night.
