Allegheny General Hospital - Suburban Campus will hold two programs for community residents this month.

Participants in the 20 Week Challenge and others from the community can "Ask The Doctor" on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 7-8 p.m. in the hospital's seventh floor conference room.

People can bring their questions about diet, exercise and nutrition, and share their experiences in the program.

"Staying Healthy in 2010" will be the focus of the Healthy Living Guest Lecture Series presentation on Jan. 20, 1-2 p.m. at the Ohio Township Community Park Nature Center. Light refreshments will be served.
