The next general membership meeting of the Brighton Heights Citizens Federation will be on Thursday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m.

There will be a new meeting location for this meeting: Emmanuel Christian Church, 1427 Davis Ave., between McClure and Flemming avenues.
