The annual Apple Blossom Festival sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church and Avalon Borough will be held on California Avenue on Saturday, May 8, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The day will start with a pancake breakfast at the church, 8:30-11:30 a.m.

The festival will feature a plant sale, baked sale, used book sale, a large Chinese auction, food, craft vendors, live entertainment and children's games and activities, including a Jungle Adventure and Inflatahoops inflatables.

The Pirate Parrot will visit the festival from noon to 1 p.m.

The event also includes a car cruise.
