The ramp currently being used as the temporary off-ramp from northbound Route 65 (Ohio River Boulevard) to the Glenfield Viaduct/Kilbuck Street/I-79 in Glenfield Borough will be closed beginning Friday, July 23, weather permitting.
The ramp closure will occur from 7 a.m. on Friday through Oct. 1. The closure is necessary as crews begin slope repairs.
Traffic will be detoured by continuing northbound on Route 65 to the southbound on-ramp from Kilbuck Street. During the closure, the southbound on-ramp will be used in the reverse direction, allowing northbound Route 65 traffic to access the Glenfield Viaduct/Kilbuck Street/I-79.

Northbound Route 65 to Kilbuck Street: Continue north on Route 65 to off-ramp to Kilbuck Street.
Northbound Route 65 to Glenfield Viaduct: Continue north on Route 65 to off-ramp to Kilbuck Street to Deer Run Road. Access southbound I-79 to Exit 65 (Neville Island) to Grand Avenue.
Access northbound I-79 to Exit 66 (Glenfield) to Deer Run Road to Kilbuck Street to the Glenfield Viaduct. (Note: This detour is recommended for vehicles unable to negotiate the sharp right turn from the northbound Route 65 off-ramp at the intersection with Kilbuck Street.)
All other ramp closures and detours currently in place will remain.
