Bellevue Police were searching Thursday afternoon for the women believed responsible for a purse-snatching at Erin’s Hallmark Shop on Lincoln Avenue.

Police originally were looking for two black females, and later broadcast an alert for one woman after viewing store security tapes. The woman was described as wearing all black clothes, having curly hair that was tied in a ponytail, and being “fairly well dressed.” She was belived to be in the area of Citizen Way at one time.
