The Kilbuck Township Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to change the township’s zoning code to allow for the commercial use of municipal property on Eicher Road.

A special overlay district will apply only to the property now occupied by the former fire station and the current township municipal building, both of which are suited for commercial use but located in a residentially-zoned area.
