David Lozano, 51, of Bellevue, was arrested for driving under the influence on July 10. Lozano was driving erratically and seen throwing an empty alcoholic beverage bottle out of his window on Ben Avon Heights Road.

On July 13, Dennis Kevin Redmond, 20, of Bell Acres, was arrested for driving under the influence during a traffic stop on McAleer Road in Ohio Township. His also is being charged with underage drinking, reckless driving, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

Joshua Canchola, 20, from Ross Township, was arrested on July 13 following a theft at the Target store at Mount Nebo Point in Ohio Township. He is being charged with receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Joshua Ross Mascara, 21, was arrested following a domestic at a residence on July 14. Mascara is being charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint and harassment.
