An Emsworth official has been arrested by Ohio Township Police for the second time so far this year.

Council member Dan Lenz -- arrested earlier this year after a violent domestic at his Camp Horne Road home -- was taken into custody for driving under the influence early Saturday morning.

Police say that Lenz drove off the side of Camp Horne Road, nearly striking a fire hydrant, and then proceeded the wrong way up an I-279 off-ramp. He refused to submit to a blood test and also refused to sign bail forms, and was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
