Raymond Seekford, 69, of Emsworth, died Tuesday, March 8, 2011.
Mr. Seekford was retired and a member of Iron Workers Local #3 for 43 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Korea.
He is survived by his wife, Vanetta Miller-Seekford; three children, Carol Stevens, Raymond Seekford and Nancy Seekford; three stepchildren, Richard Miller and his wife Marie, Angela Bordt and her husband Andy and Jesse Miller and his wife Sara; five siblings, Harvey, George and Michael Seekford, Paula Curran and Lisa Seekford; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, David and James Seekford.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon. Services were held in Greater Pittsburgh Revival Center, North Hills.
William R. Mulgrew, 96, of Ross Township, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011.
Mr. Mulgrew was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, having served under Gen. George Patton. He earned a Purple Heart and five Bronze Stars. He was a life member of West View VFW Post 2754 and was retired from Western Electric. He also was president of Local CWA.
He is survived by his wife, Leona Begley Mulgrew; his daughter, Maureen Brazen and her husband Don; his sister, Fern D'Arigo; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Mulgrew, Jason Brazen, Heather Mulgrew and Michelle Brazen; two great-granddaughters, Jocelyn Miller and Rebecca Brazen; and nieces and nephews. He was the brother-in-law of Bob and Carol Haller. He was preceded in death by his son, David Mulgrew and his wife Susan; and his brother, Vincent Mulgrew.
Friends were received at T.B. Devlin Funeral Home, North Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church on Monday. Contributions are suggested to Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association.
Joseph Charles Fisher, 19, of Bellevue, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011.
Mr. Fisher was a 2010 graduate of Northgate High School and was currently attending Penn State University.
He is survived by his parents, Charles and Jennifer Fisher; his brother, Jacob; his grandparents, Gary and Linda Largent, Charles "Gib" and Diane Fisher; six aunts and uncles, Michael and Betty Jo Largent, Kevin and Beth McHugh, Edward and Kari Gorczyca; and cousins.
Friends were received at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon, where a blessing service was held on Monday. Burial was in Holy Souls Cemetery, Robinson Township.
Mary "Helen" Fitzpatrick Ifft, 85, of Avalon, wife of the late George T. Ifft, died Thursday, March 10, 2011.
Mrs. Ifft was a longtime member of the Church of the Assumption.
She is survived by four children, George W. of Pittsburgh, Mary Ellen of Florida, Kevin and his wife Kim and Sally, all of Ben Avon; eight siblings, Claire Park of Ohio Township, Thomas Jerome and his wife Kate of Ross Township, Edward Fitzpatrick and his wife Susan of Virgina, Thomas Bernard, Ruth Gabig, John, Arthur and Daniel Fitzpatrick; four grandchildren, Madison, Abby, Kemmer Jane and Alexander; four sisters-in-law, Margaret Fitzpatrick Ponte, Mary Ann, Anne and Pat Fitzpatrick; and 38 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Leo and his wife Susan; and her brother-in-law, Bob Gabig.

Helen C. Williams, 101, formerly of New Castle and Ben Avon and wife of the late Albert Williams, died Friday, March 11, 2011.
Mrs. Williams was a longtime member of Emsworth United Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by two daughters-in-law, Margaret Williams of Ben Avon and Ann Williams of Fort Wayne, IN; four grandchildren, Douglas Williams and his wife Beth, Dan Williams and his wife Erin, all of Ben Avon, Joyce Williams and her husband Matt Citron of Canton, OH and Paul Williams of Washington, DC; and two great-granddaughters, Megan and Haley. She was preceded in death by two sons, David and Roger Williams; and two brothers, Winfield and Russell Schley.

Helene Stevenson Harvey, 88, of Asbury Heights, Mt. Lebanon, formerly of the North Boroughs and Montreal, Canada and wife of the late Reginald C. Harvey, died Monday, March 7, 2011.
Mrs. Harvey was the assistant director of finance and administration for the Heinz Endowments and the Pittsburgh Foundation for many years. She was a longtime member of Soroptimist International.
She is survived by her son, Donald; three stepchildren, Joel and his wife Betty, Mark and his wife Brenda and Melanie; four nieces and nephews, Todd Stevenson and his wife Denee, Lee Stevenson and his wife Marcia, Mark Stevenson and his wife Cheryl and Nancy Stevenson; grandchildren; and grandnieces and grandnephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert L. Stevenson and his wife Kathryn and William F. Stevenson and his wife Dulcie; her niece, Karen Ward and her husband Gary; and her nephew, Wayne Stevenson.

Betty J. Feige, 92, of Beaver, PA, formerly of Franklin Park and wife of the late William P. Feige, died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011.
Mrs. Feige was an Episcopalian. She had been a volunteer at Suburban General Hospital for 35 years.
She is survived by two children, Michelle Gillespie and her husband Jack of Beaver and Steven P. Feige and his wife Cathy of Charlotte, NC; her sister, Toty Moran of Tinton Falls, NJ; two grandchildren, Matthew Newton of Steamboat Spring, CO and Stevie Lynn Feige of Charlotte; and her niece and nephew, Deborah and Paul Moran. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Pauline Banks.

James A. Mangold Sr., 79, of Clarendon, PA, formerly of Zelienople and Bellevue, died Saturday, March 12, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, LulaMae "Lu" Neuner Mangold; four children, Nancy Mary Miller and her husband Frank Jr. of Hatteras, NC, Francis Albert "Frank" Mangold and his wife Rhonda of Hershey, PA, Douglas Paul "Doug" Mangold and his wife Joan of New Port, NC and James Arthur "Jim" Mangold Jr. and his wife Alberta of Evans City; his sister, Mary Margaret "Margie" Littell of Bellevue; and six grandchildren, Emmie Lu, Frank III and Rheanna Miller, Lindsey and Connor Mangold and Ashlei Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis L. and Mary A. Briggs Mangold.

Arthur J. Skeen died Saturday, March 12, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn M. White Skeen; his daughter, Mary Kay Ferrance and her husband George; two siblings, Sr. Virginia Cummings, OSF and Roland Skeen and his wife Dorothy; his sister-in-law, Shirley Skeen; and a niece and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Francis Skeen.

Martha A. Churman of Avalon, died Sunday, March 13, 2011.
She is survived by her brother, Andrew Churman; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Helen Luther, Wilma Zotter, Erma Lander and Robert Churman.
Services were private. Arrangements were made by Stephens Memorial Chapel.
John Hamilton Jr.
John Joseph Hamilton Jr., 66, of Norman, OK, formerly of Bellevue, died Sunday, March 13, 2011.
Mr. Hamilton was a 1962 graduate of Bellevue High School and received his bachelor of arts degree in education at Slippery Rock University. He worked for several companies such as JCPenney and Target as a retail store manager. He enjoyed traveling, genealogy, playing golf and Oklahoma University football.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Silk Hamilton; five children, Diane Van Etten and her husband Todd of Southern Shores, NC, Julie Edwards and her husband Paul of Broadlands, VA, Jennifer Hamilton of Los Angeles, CA, Nancy Springer and her husband Brian of Los Angeles and J.J. Hamilton III and his wife Tania of Santa Monica, CA; three sisters, Marguerite Victor, Dolores Graham and her husband Jack and Marlene Forrest; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Hamilton.
A memorial service was held at St. Thomas More University Parish on Thursday.
