Lynne Nicotero
Lynne M. Nicotero, 65, of Bellevue, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010.
Mrs. Nicotero worked with the mentally and physically challenged for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Ross V. Nicotero II; four children, Julie Sansotta and her husband Gary of Port Royal, SC, Ross Nicotero III and his wife April of Ross Township, Peter Nicotero and his wife Colleen of Spring Hill and Jessica Siwicki and her husband Jeremy of Sandy Lake, PA; and five grandchildren, Sarah, Dominique, Kaylee, Jeremy and Julian. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Pasquale.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue, where a blessing service was held on Friday. Burial was private. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Multiple Sclerosis Society or the National Diabetes Foundation.

Jay Seamen
Jay M. Seamen, 49, of Avalon, formerly of Brookline and Crofton, MD, died Monday, Feb. 15, 2010.
Mr. Seamen was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He worked at Long and Foster Realty and was a former youth leader with Young Life.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Seamen; and his sister, Jan Warchola and her husband George. He was the uncle of Maria, Juliana and Michael Warchola. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Seamen.
Friends were received at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon, where a blessing service was held on Friday. Burial was in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. Memorial donations are suggested to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 960 Penn Ave., #1000, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.

Robert Dunbar
Robert David Dunbar of Avalon died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010.
He is survived by his brother, Ernest M. Dunbar and his wife Mary C. "Kitty"; his nephew, Ernest N. Dunbar and his wife Irene; and his niece, Beth Diane Dunbar. He was the granduncle of Erin, Peter and Allison. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert F. and Alice M. Dunbar; and his niece, Patricia Alice Dunbar.
There was no visitation. Memorial contributions are suggested to Brighton McClure Presbyterian Church. Arrangements were made by Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side.

Mary Stapel
Mary Helen Shrewsbury Stapel, 84, of Avalon, wife of the late Charles L. Stapel, died Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010.
She is survived by six children, Cheryl Hoffmaster, James E. and Charles W. Stapel, Kathy Sue Stanton, Judy L. Edwards and Larrijoe Stapel; two siblings, Clyde Shrewsbury and Billie Warner; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two children, Linda S. Wood and William B. Stapel.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon, where services were held on Wednesday.

William Kinzler Jr.
William "Tom" Kinzler Jr., 77, of Warrendale, died Monday, Feb. 8, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Joan R. Aul Kinzler; eight children, JoAnn Havach of Fairfax, VA, Sandra J. Bradley and her husband Mickey of Port St. Lucie, FL, Linda L. Schantz and her husband David of Sewickley, William T. Kinzler III and his wife Ann of Marshall Township, Carol A. Fodi and her husband David of Bellevue, Marlene A. Kinzler of Wilkinsburg, Robert E. Kinzler and his wife Judy of Leesburg, VA and R. Kurt Kinzler of Warrendale; three siblings, David P. Kinzler and his wife Linda of Bremerton, WA, Joseph E. Kinzler and his wife Genevieve of Baden and Mary Alice Smidel and her husband Thomas of Freedom; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Thomas and Alice Lee Abel Kinzler.

Margaret Brown
Margaret "Peg" May Brown, 92, of Stow, OH, formerly of Brighton Heights and wife of the late Howard C. Brown, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010.
Mrs. Brown was a longtime member of Brighton Heights Lutheran Church. She enjoyed playing bingo.
She is survived by three children, Charles W. Brown and his companion Rosemarie Husar, Jean Buemi and her husband Bill and Kathleen Brown; six sisters, Agnes, Wilma, Rosie, Dorothy, Kate and Sue; two grandchildren, Charles J. Brown and his wife Amy and Suzanne Lehman and her husband Greg; and five great-grandchildren, Ryan, Timmy and Jayden Lehman, Connor and Payton Brown.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side, where services were held on Monday.

Katherine Taylor
Katherine A. Taylor of Brighton Heights, wife of the late Robert O. Taylor, died Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010.
She is survived by seven children, Robert Lee and his wife Maryann, Thomas Wayne and his wife Bonnie, Nancy, Lois Eileen Milligan, Donald Keith, Richard John and his wife Julie and Timothy; two siblings, Billy and his wife Gale and Sonny Dreves; and 14 grandchildren, Charlotte Bigley and her husband Patrick, Kaitlin, Caleb, April Baronowski and her husband Darren, Brody, Steven, Leonard, Thomas, Meghan, Ricky, Zachary, David Milligan and his wife Monica and Addison. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles "Butch" Taylor; her grandson, Charles Jr.; and her son-in-law, David Milligan.
There was no visitation. Services and burial were private. Arrangements were made by Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side.

Anna Brei
Anna M. Brei, 94, of Gibsonia, formerly of Shaler Township and wife of the late Joseph J. Brei, died Monday, Feb. 8, 2010.
Mrs. Brei was a founding member of G.T.E.V. D'Lustigen Isartaler Baumian German Club, and a member of Bauerstown AARP.
She is survived by her daughter, Marianne Loibl and her husband Edward of Gibsonia; three grandchildren, Kelly Whitmer and her husband Josh, Kimberly Wojciechowski and her husband Joe and Victoria Shepard and her husband Ian; a great-granddaughter, Marlia Ann Whitmer; two sisters-in-law, Agnes Brei and Dorothy Mehrlich; and four nieces, two nephews, 15 great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews and five cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Charles Brei.
Friends were received at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Catherine of Sweden Church, Wildwood, on Saturday.
