William McClelland
William "Bill" McClelland, 58, of Bellevue, died Friday, Jan. 8, 2010.
Mr. McClelland was a member of Knights of Equity.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Radanovich McClelland; his son, Conor McClelland; his in-laws, John and Lillian Radanovich, Rita Bell and Susan Stauber. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Ruth Fichter.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in Most Holy Name Church on Monday.

Clarissa Burtt
Clarissa Martha Fricke Burtt, 98, formerly of Bellevue and Ben Avon and wife of the late Van Kirk Burtt, died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010 in Baptist Homes, Castle Shannon.
Mrs. Burtt was a University of Pittsburgh graduate and a member of Phi Mu sorority. She also was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, and was an active member of Bellevue Baptist Church and its choir and volunteered in community schools.
She is survived by four children, Mardi Jackley and her husband Larry of Bridgeville, Ellie Bowser and her husband Tom of Hesston, Betty Allison and her husband Robert of Florida and Tom Burtt and his wife Karla of Aliquippa; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon. A memorial service was held in Baptist Homes on Saturday. Memorial contributions are suggested to Baptist Homes, 489 Castle Shannon Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15234.

Lillian Murray
Lillian Ruth Newman Murray, 90, formerly of Emsworth and wife of the late Melvin C. Murray, died in Kane Hospital, Scott Township.
She is survived by two children, Melvin A. Murray and his wife Barbara and Gloria Yurkowski of Washington, PA; five grandchildren, Laura Plattenburg and her husband Michael, Julie Murray, Michelle Johnson, Wendy Harris and Tammy Yurkowski; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Friends were received at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Avalon, until the time of services on Friday.

Tamara Patton
Tamara L. "Tammy" Patton of Neville Island died Friday, Jan. 8, 2010.
She is survived by her husband, James Patton; her son, Zachary Patton; her parents, Thomas and Lorraine Benner; three sisters, Theresa Weber, Lisa Benner and her husband Tom Hernandez and Maria Keller and her husband Doug; and five nieces and nephews, Breanna Weber, Emily Benner, Ronald and Nicholas Weber and Joshua Nichols.
Friends were received at Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, North Side. A funeral mass was held in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church on Tuesday.

James Jones Jr.
James A. Jones Jr., 85, formerly of Bellevue and husband of the late Mary Long Jones, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010 in ManorCare, Ross Township.
Mr. Jones was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Swidarski and her husband Richard and Barbara Bartholomew and her husband Tom, all of Bellevue; four grandchildren, Richard Swidarski Jr., Lauren Allenberg, Bonnie Holland and Thomas Bartholomew Jr.; and four great-grandchildren, Thomas Bartholomew III, Declan Bartholomew, Kendall Swidarski and Ava Allenberg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phydellis and James A. Jones Sr.

Jean Tananis
Jean M. Hergenroeder Tananis of Brighton Heights, wife of the late Edward Tananis, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010.
She is survived by eight siblings, Robert Hergenroeder and his wife Stu, Ruth McGaffin and her husband Jim, Mary Cannon and her husband Joe, Edward Hergenroeder and his wife Nancy, William Hergenroeder, Anna Mae Reilly, Lois Shields and her husband Charles and Alice Hergenroeder; and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was preceded in death by her stepson, Edward "Butch" Tananis, and her sister, Helen Hergenroeder.

Margaret Taiclet
Margaret R. Fiore Taiclet of Ross Township, wife of the late David J. Taiclet Sr., died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2010.
She is survived by six children, Margaret T. Bennett and her husband Richard, David J. Taiclet Jr., Paul A. Taiclet and his wife Betty Ann, Marc S. Taiclet and his wife Diana, W. Luke Taiclet and his wife Ann Michalski and Lynne Taiclet and her husband James Winter; her son-in-law, Robert Schlosser; her daughter-in-law, Mary Jo Lee; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joan Schlosser; her son, Raymond D. Taiclet; her parents, Frederick A. and Maria Miller Fiore; and four siblings.
