The Kilbuck Township Supervisors voted Tuesday to award the contract for a Camp Horne Road drainage pipe repair to Diamond Landscaping, which submitted the lowest of three bids at $3,770.

Supervisor Tom Tomaro abstained from the vote because he owns the company.
