Bellevue Police investigated three burglaries recently, and made an arrest in one of the cases.

A burglary was reported at Shadeland Beer on Brighton Road on May 8. Police say cigarettes were stolen.

A residence on Roosevelt Avenue was reported burglarized on May 12.

On May 15, a burglary was discovered at a Madison Avenue residence. Police have charged Raymond Carter, 24, of Crawford Avenue, with breaking into the home.

In other news from Bellevue Police, a bicycle was reported stolen from a Lincoln Avenue residence on May 16.

On May 14, the front window was smashed at the Bellevue Tobacco Shop on Lincoln Avenue.

Several people were charged with underage drinking on North Sprague Avenue on May 6: Christopher Cole, 19, of Summit Avenue, Joseph Barker, 18, of Orchard Avenue, and Ryan Lane, 20, also of Orchard Avenue.

Timothy Zotter, 28, of South Howard Avenue, was arrested for theft from another apartment in his building on May 7.

William Rafaloski, 40, of Tropical Avenue, Pittsburgh 15216, was charged with driving under the influence during a traffic stop on May 9.

Anne Fuller, 26, of Ligonier, was charged with DUI on May 12.

John Meyer, 50, of Marie Avenue, Avalon, was charged with theft during an incident on Farragut Street on May 16.
