A 20-inch Schwinn bicycle was reported stolen from California Avenue on July 14.
A Pittsburgh woman was cited for criminal mischief after a dispute over pricing at the Red, White and Blue thrift store on Ohio River Boulevard. Police were called to the store on July 12 after Ruby Lee Cutter, 51, of Moyer Street, Pittsburgh 15204, was reported to have deliberately dropped a bowl she argued was priced too high. Police reviewed security tapes and agreed that the bowl had been broken deliberately.
Jeffrey Guyton, 25, of South Home Avenue, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident occurred when police found him lying on a bench at the library.
Richard Young, 34, of Fisk Avenue, was cited for disorderly conduct after police responded to a domestic call on July 12.
